Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
The staff can answer your phone calls between 9 am and 4:45 pm.
In the evening and on weekends, there is an answering service that can take your message or contact the physician on call for a concern that needs to be addressed immediately.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Advanced Gastroenterology & Surgery Associates, and they will contact us.
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call the Advanced Gastroenterology & Surgery Associates office you visited. A doctor is on call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.
Advanced Gastroenterology & Surgery Associates (AGSA) is a preferred provider for most major health plans serving the Central Florida region, and we accept Medicare. To find out if we accept your insurance plan, please contact your insurance company or call one of our offices.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
